It was supposed to be a nice day, but Goshen was in the clouds all day, with it's cloud mist untill it rained late in the day.
By then everyboody had some nice specimens and it was a good day anyways.
We had a few new members with couple of younger boys and they were all full of questions. I enjoyed showing everybody all around the site and show them how to find some goodies.
One new member found a nice Goshenite in just the first few minutes, many members found some of theGoshenite and the nice pink mica and several showed me their tourmalines of many diffrent colors.
The collecting was great, even if the weather wasn't the best. But we were a tough bunch.
