The fact is, I-C-E is an acronym for In Caseof Emergency.Your I-C-E# should be in the contact numbers in your phone that very way, ICE 555-5565. It’s a good idea to have two I-C-E numbers, one to a home phone and one to a cell#. In the event that you should need to have medical help and not be able to communicate with your rescuers, they would automatically look in your cell phone for you I-C-E numbers. This is a common practice with Police, Fire and EMS workers today. In these technology rich times even kids have cell phones and this is especially useful if they need help in an emergency, letting you be reached ASAP! It’s a quick, easy and painless way to ensure that the people that might have to help you, can reach the people that need you either on a club field trip or in your everyday activities.
